What is field measures?

During construction and reconstruction projects, suppliers often perform field measurements of the place in several points in the entire project schedule. Field measures ensure that each element or component fits as intended in space and improves the overall accuracy of the installation. The field rate also reduces problems and conflicts between different parts of projects and draws attention to the suppliers of potential problems in time in a plan so that they can take steps to correct these problems. In most cases, these drawings are schematic. Although they show the relationship between different walls and furniture, they should not be a precise representation where each component of the building should be placed. Even drawings with relatively accurate measurements can cause problems if suppliers install walls or other objects and several millimetersmimo line. Sometimes the drawings do not show additions or changes in the project, which can lead to expensive problems for later installation workers.

If you want to understand how it takes place in the field, imagine the head of the restaurant that plans to renovate the kitchen. After the supplier builds new walls and installed floors and ceilings, the cabinet installation equipment can install entered cabinets. If each element has not been perfectly installed on the project plans, the cabinets may not be useful in the designated space. In this situation, the supplier would have to order new cabinets and conflicts would arise over who would pay these added costs.

Instead of relying on drawings, the cabinet manufacturer will take field measures before making cabinets. He waits for all the relevant structures to be installed nearby, then comes to measure the actual dimensions. Using these measurements, they build cabinets that can fit in space, as it is now, as designers have now planned to look before the project. A similar process takes place before installing doors, furniture production and selecting other mainof a lot of equipment or building components.

Suppliers and manufacturers rely on a number of different tools that help them take measures in the field. Many use laser measuring devices and laser levels to check not only measurement but also installation accuracy. Others work with a simple measuring tape, while some may even require reconnaissance tools for extensive projects. Plumbing beans and other similar tools also allow workers to measure objects.
