What is a flange set?
The flange set contains everything you need to install the flange on the tube. Hardware flanges, seals and connections are usually included in the flange set. When purchasing a flange set, it is important not only to buy a flange to properly size to adapt to the pipe, but it is also important that the correct type of flange is to be purchased correctly to match the existing flange or the corresponding flange design that makes up the other half of the flange. When the situation occurs, the flange set facilitates the task of re -connecting the pipe sections. Using the supplied flange ring, the pipe is equipped with a ring that is designed to match the flange connector on the installed new piece of pipe. The flange is welded to the pipe position, with a separate flange setting point for each flange conference. Once all the flanges are completely welded to the site, the pipe is ready for re -assembly.
Thepipe is re -connected by placing the seal from the flange set between the two faces of the flange rings. Then the screw slips into the mounting hole on the flange ring, if it is applicable, pushed the hole in the seal and then through the second ring of the flanges. The flat washer then slips to the threaded end of the flange screw and the nut is stretched onto the screw and tight finger. The pad is critical in the line -up because it prevents the matrix to irritate the flange when tightening. This process is repeated until each screw and nuts are placed in the openings surrounding the flange.
When all screws are installed from the sets of the set, the tube is visually inspected for proper alignment. When the pipe has been modified, the screws can be tightened. It is usually recommended that all flange screws are tightened by screaming to ensure that the flanges are tightened straight and evenly. For some seals that do not include holes for the location of screws, there is a novelIt is certain that the seal remains in all stages of connections and tightening in all stages of connection and tightening. In order to avoid lining on flanges, any doubtful seal should be changed and replaced by a new seal.
