Support rod
Hydraulic lifting system is a technical term for metallurgy.
Support rod
The support rod is also called climbing rod. It is not only the track for hydraulic jack climbing, but also the load-bearing pillar of the sliding formwork device.
The size and diameter of the support rod should be compatible with the selected jack. Currently used ball-type clamp jacks with a rated lifting capacity of 30kN, the support rod generally uses 25 Q235 round steel. The support rod should be straightened and derusted. When cold-drawing straightening is adopted for the Class I round steel, the cold-drawing rate is controlled within 3%. The processing length of the support rod is generally 3m to 5m. The connection method can be used for threaded connection, tenon and section welding. The screw connection is simple to operate, safe and reliable to use, but has a large amount of machining. The tenon joint also has the characteristics of simple operation and large amount of machining. It is easy to be picked up by the chuck of the jack during the lifting process. When using section welding, if the interface is slightly deviated or scarred, it should be smoothed by a hand-held grinder to enable it to pass through the jack hole. When a tool-type support rod is used, a threaded connection is used.
When the formwork is in a normal sliding state, the allowable bearing capacity of the support rod is calculated.
If the void length is too long due to the slippage of the formwork or the support rod passing through the opening of the door or window, effective reinforcement measures should be taken for the support rod. The reinforcement of the support rod can generally adopt square timber, steel pipes, assembled column boxes, etc., and the clamp rod is reinforced with the support rod vacated to a certain height. The assembled column box is a tool that is prefabricated with channel steel or steel plate. The left and right half of the column box are clamped by the support rods and wedged together to play a reinforcing role. In addition, the support rod can be reinforced with false columns. A section of concrete false columns is poured at the support rod first, separated by an interlayer, and then cut off afterwards.
In recent years, with the development of a batch of large tonnage jacks with a lifting capacity of 60kN to 100kN, the supporting rods that can be used with them can be 48X3.5 steel pipes, that is, commonly used scaffolding steel pipes. Because of its large allowable length for evacuating, and the use of scaffolding fasteners for connection, it is easier to handle as a tool-type support bar and when it is arranged outside the concrete.
