What is a measuring pump?
The measuring pump exactly controls the flow of the liquid by drawing it into a continuous sequence of small doses. They can only be used for liquids because liquids are incompressible; They occupy the same volume independently of their pressure. For this reason, the measuring pumps are positive pumps for shift - the pump mechanism is only the exact amount of liquid, which is set to deliver one revolution or one stroke. With proper work, the measuring pump will not have any leak or slip from the input to the output or vice versa.
measuring pumps are widely used in laboratories, chemical plants, medicine and commercial sales. When used in medicine, patients can issue an exact amount of drugs for a certain period of time. For production, they ensure that the correct number of ingredients are measured into production processes. The measuring pumps assure that customers receive all the liquid they have purchased. Measurement pumps are often used to publish oils, syrups and objects related toGrooves such as a smoking cup of hot chocolate from the sales machine.
There are two basic types of measuring pump and a number of different technologies that can be used to facilitate one type. The first type is a pump with a constant speed displacement rate. Its engine rotates at constant speed, but the amount of liquid drawn for the revolution can be adjusted. The second type, a fixed variable displacement rate, changes the engine speed and changes the pump flow.
The variable shift metering pump works with the same hydraulic principle used in hydrostatic enchants. Four to eight small hydraulic rollers are arranged in a circle, with pistons with rolling balls protruding from the open end of the cylinders. Adjustable fluctuations or climbing plate rotates on the shaft and turns at constant speed. As the shaft goes around, the lowest point on the fluctuations board presses each piston in the sequence of the exact NGObound, causing it to push out the exact amount of liquid every time you turn. Increasing the fluctuation angle increases the amount of each piston and with it the amount of liquid each piston and the cylinder sets out to the exit to the motor revolution.
The speed variable pump only increases or decreases the inadvertible speed shaft speed. It may have a radial layout of cylinders and pistons around the center crankshaft. This type is usually cheaper to produce and is by far the more popular of the two.
6 The peristaltic pump retains the length of flexible plastic pipes in the circular track while alternately compressed and relaxed with a series of rollers on the rotary disk in the middle of the track. This rolling action divides the length tubes into the same size of the movable fluid segments that are drawn at one end of the tube and discharged on the other side.
