What is an anchor of the screw?
The screw anchor is a piece of hardware that holds the screw in place. This hardware is usually used when the surface into which the screw is drilled is too thin, too light or too fragile to ensure safe grip for screw threads. Anchors come in a wide range of types, materials and price points and can be used for light and heavy applications.
The screw anchors generally serve the same type of purpose as the nut connected to the rear of the screw or the rear of the earrings connected to the earrings. This prevents the screw from coming out of the hole to which it was screwed. When the back of the screw is located in a place where you cannot reach, for example, inside the wall, there is no way to use a nut or a similar hardware piece. However, the anchors of the screws can be applied from the outside of the wall or other surface.
bolt anchors are most often used in hanging objects on the walls, so they are often called walls or wall stoppers. Plasterboard used in most modern houSing often breaks too much to be effective by the shallow thread of most screws. Adding the screw anchor provides a stronger grip for fibers.
Some types of anchors called "expanding anchors" also provide the pressure of the opposite surface that helps hold the screw in place. When this type of anchor is inserted, part of the anchor protrusion protrudes across the back of the plasterboard or other surface. This part of the anchor expands in one of several ways, so it is greater than the hole it has been placed. This prevents slipping back through the hole.
When a picture or other item is suspended on the screw, the expansion anchors also provide a surface area through which the pressure of the image is distributed. This prevents the weight of the image or other suspension in the screw tensile back through the opening. Expansion anchors can also be used on ships, floors or in many other situations.
self-vrtAcid anchors are usually made of plastic or metal. They have a slot head and narrowed to a point and can be screwed directly into the wall. These hollow anchors consist of fibers on the inside and on the outside. Once the anchor is in the wall, the screw can be put in the inner threads and create a safe connection. As inserted, the size and pressure of the screw causes the end of the anchor inside the wall to expand to be larger than the opening.
When using other types of screws of the screw, the user must first drill a hole suitable for anchor size. The anchor is inserted through the hole and either expands automatically or expands when the thread is screwed. Each type of screw of the screw is usually sold based on the type of substrate into which the weight of the item will be screwed and secured.
