What is the bearings test?
The term of the bearing test can refer to two separate things. The first use of the term is often associated with Lexus and Nissan. The second concerns the test of the road surface penetration, which is also known as the test ratio in California (CBR). The advertising described the ball bearing test as an engineering test of the car design. It began to move down the hooded seam, and when the car was rotated on the platform, it continued its way along the various parts of the car design. The purpose of the test was to show accurate engineering that allowed TR bearing without obstacles. The commercial company Nissan paid tribute to Lexus by recognizing the idea of a test based on Lexus advertising in her own advertising campaign. The Nissan advertising team included one fine boom towards Lexus, but noted that the 1993 Nissan Altima was significantly cheaper than the Lexus models of the same year.
6 This test with pIt uses to determine the suitability of subordinate roads and basic courses by detecting the load -bearing capacity of the soil sample. Higher CBR evaluation shows harder surfaces that are suitable for roadways and non -improved years. The lower evaluation of CBR shows soft surfaces that are not safe for road construction. The testing method was first developed by the California Ministry of Transport before World War II. Thebearing ratio is carried out either in the laboratory or in the field. The device for this procedure consists of a piston of standard dimensions and a device for measuring pressure on the piston. The plunger is forced into a soil sample and the pressure required to penetrate the soil. This measurement is then divided by the pressure needed to duplicate the test on a standard crushed stone material 100% CBR. The resulting number is then listed as a percentage of CBR.
