Functional principle of torque screwdriver
- Pointer torque screwdriver, the torque value is indicated by the scale, and the torque value is displayed directly on the scale, which is convenient and intuitive. The bottom needle (follower needle) is provided to retain the maximum value.
How to use a torque screwdriver
- 1. adjust the pointer zero
- First try a few times according to the method used, then loosen the positioning long bolt, let the black pointer point to zero, and tighten the positioning long bolt. The pointer torque driver can be used in both directions. However, every time the direction is changed, the zero position must be adjusted again.
- 2, the use of red and black pointer
- The black hand is the active hand and the red hand is the bottom hand. When in use, you can make the red pointer follow the black pointer and point to zero at the same time, and then rotate the torque screwdriver for testing. Once the rotation stops, the black pointer will automatically return to zero, while the red pointer will stay at the maximum value just reached, which serves as a reserve. When you use it again, you must reset the red needle to the zero position.
- 3. Replacement of cutter head
- The head of the pointer torque driver is a universal 6.3 hexagonal hole, which can be easily exchanged for "-", "+" or other shapes. (The cutter head must be prepared by you).
