What Is a Venturi Meter?
Venturi is the abbreviation of Venturi tube. The principle of Venturi effect is that when the wind blows through the barrier, the air pressure near the port above the leeward surface of the barrier is relatively low, resulting in adsorption and air flow.
Venturi
- The principle of Venturi tube is actually very simple. It is to reduce the airflow from coarse to thin to speed up the gas flow rate, so that the gas forms a low-pressure region on the outer ring of the venturi tube.
- It can realize the conveying of powder by air flow. It mainly uses its ejection and suction effects, such as vacuum cleaners, powder conveyers, coolers, flow meters, dryers and so on. The jet suction pump in the chemical industry also has this principle, so the material mainly depends on the application site. There are various types of iron, aluminum alloy, and plastic nylon.
- The lift of the aircraft is also similar to the Venturi effect. The wing has an inclination angle, and the air velocity above the wing is faster than the lower one during taxiing, so that a low pressure area is formed on the upper wing, which generates lift.
- Iron Venturi tube is generally used on the dust removal framework and on the filter cartridge. It is generally made by one-time stretching of 1 mm thick steel plate. It is characterized by a smooth and beautiful appearance, stable and reliable quality, and effectively improves the [1] high dust collector. Work efficiency and filter bag life
