Car body

As far as the battery is placed on the forklift body, there are two different manufacturing techniques, namely the battery is placed between the front and rear axles or on the rear axle. These two technologies represent two optimal choices of forklift design, each with its own advantages and disadvantages, and good stability, but the available space in the vehicle body is small, so the battery capacity is limited, which is for the load capacity not exceeding 3t Forklifts are not prominent, but for those complex movements, large tonnage forklifts with high battery capacity requirements during 8h working hours have become serious.
Precautions before use
1. When charging the battery, the charging circuit must be completely separated from the chopper, because in addition to affecting the charging of the charger, the overvoltage generated by the charger will also damage the chopper. 2. Pay special attention to the wiring from the battery to the electric control should be arranged in parallel and as short as possible. [1]
During driving
1. Raise the wheels during the first test run, so that even if there is a wrong connection, there will be no danger. 2. Maintain proper starting speed when starting, and should not be too fast. [1]

3. Pay attention to the voltage of the voltmeter. If the voltage is lower than the limit voltage, the forklift should stop running immediately. 4. During the travel of the forklift, it is not allowed to change the driving direction by moving the direction switch, so as to prevent the electrical components and gears from being damaged. 5. When the vehicle is operating in a place with poor working conditions and difficult ventilation, it is recommended to implement forced ventilation on the controller. 6. Pay attention to whether the sound of the drive system and steering system is normal. If abnormal sounds are found, troubleshoot them in time. It is strictly forbidden to work with illness. 7. Decelerate in advance when changing. 8. When working on poor roads, its negative importance should be appropriately reduced, and the driving speed should be reduced. [1]

1. The weight of the cargo must be known before lifting. The weight of the cargo must not exceed the rated lifting capacity of the forklift. 2. Pay attention to whether the packing is firm when lifting the package. [1]

3, according to the size of the goods, adjust the fork spacing, so that the goods are evenly distributed between the two forks to avoid eccentric load. 4. When the cargo is inserted into the cargo stack, the mast should tilt forward. After the cargo is loaded into the fork, the mast should tilt back to make the cargo close to the fork wall and lower the cargo as much as possible before driving. 5. Generally, the goods should be lifted in a vertical position. 6. During manual loading and unloading, hand braking must be used to stabilize the fork. 7, walking and lifting are not allowed to operate at the same time. 8.
