The printing cost accounting can also be divided into the above three parts, the sum of which is the price of the printed matter.
1. Early printing:
The process of completing the film and proofing is calculated per P. The design, production, proofing, printing, and imposition are generally based on A4 (210 × 285) as the pricing standard. If there is a folding, the actual size is calculated. Film film is a necessity for the machine. Printing proofing is the most basic basis for the machine to check the color.
2. Printing:
The key part of the finished product is printing, and the pricing standard is color order, that is, each order of each color, starting from 5 orders, and less than 5 orders are calculated as 5 orders. If there are spot colors, such as corporate-specific pattern printing spot colors (pantone ink) or gold, silver, etc. Please be sure to indicate, then it will increase from 4 to 5 and 6 colors, so that the valence is accurate.
3. Post-printing:
It is usually the processing work after the printed product is printed. Be sure to specify: binding (riding nails or plastic nails), folding (several folds); whether there is lamination or UV, die-cutting, stamping and raised area in the post-printing process. If there are special requirements for packing quantity, please also indicate. The more specific and accurate the process, the more accurate the price will be.
