Replacing the bucket is actually removing the arm pin and the connecting rod bucket cylinder pin, removing the original bucket, and then using other buckets or working devices with the arm pin and the connecting rod pin and the arm The connection with the connecting rod is the process of installing the arm pin and the connecting rod pin.

The following items should be noted during bucket replacement:

(1) When hammering a pin with a hammer, metal filings may fly into the eyes and cause serious injury. When doing this, always wear goggles, hard hats, gloves and other protective equipment.

(2) When removing the bucket, place the bucket stably.

(3) Strike the pin hard, the pin may fly out and hurt the surrounding people. Therefore, before striking the pin again, ensure the safety of surrounding personnel.

(4) When disassembling the pin, pay special attention not to stand under the bucket, and do not put any part of your feet or body under the bucket. When disassembling or installing the pin, for safety's sake, it is necessary to understand the signals and work carefully with the persons involved in the connection work.

(1) Place the bucket on a flat floor.

(2) Remove the double nuts from the locking bolts of each pin of the arm and the connecting rod, remove the bolts, then remove the arm pin and the connecting rod pin, and remove the bucket, as shown below (a ).

(3) Reverse the bucket. Turn the bucket in the direction of rotation indicated by the arrow in the figure (a) until it turns to the position shown in the figure (b) below. After the bucket is reversed, align the bucket and connecting rod with the pin hole, align the arm with the connecting rod mounting hole, then align the connecting rod with the arm mounting hole, and install the bucket.

(4) Align the stick with hole 1 and the connecting rod with hole 2. Then apply grease and install the stick pin and the link pin. When reverse mounting, do not install the O-ring. Keep the O-ring in a safe place for backup.

(5) Install lock bolts and nuts on each pin, and then apply grease to the pins ^[1] .
