What Is an Indirect Heater?
Indirect heating, also known as secondary heat exchange, is to transfer the heat medium to cold water through a water heater to achieve the purpose of heating cold water. During the heating process, the heat medium (such as steam) does not directly contact the heated water. The advantage of this method is that the recovered condensed water can be reused, only a small amount of make-up water needs to be softened, the running cost is low, and no noise is generated during heating, and steam does not pollute hot water, and the water supply is safe and stable. It is suitable for hotels, residences, hospitals, office buildings and other buildings that require stable and safe water supply and low noise requirements. [1]
