It can be seen from the hydraulic schematic that the hydraulic system has the following characteristics:
(1) The medium pressure vane pump with lower price and less hydraulic fluid pulsation is selected as the hydraulic power source.
(2) A three-position four-way solenoid valve with H-type neutral function is selected to realize the commutation of the liquid flow and the unloading of the pump.
(3) A two-position four-way solenoid valve is used to control the booster cylinder to achieve system hydraulic pressure boosting to meet the high pressure requirements of the working cylinder.
(4) A medium pressure pressure relay SP1 is selected to control the fast forward and fast forward of the working cycle, and a high pressure pressure relay SP2 controls the fast forward and fast reverse of the working cycle. The pressure relays SP1 and SP2 are signaled by the system as the load is converted into pressure.The two time relays in the circuit system are controlled to achieve the purpose of controlling the switching time of the solenoid valve.This controls the fast forward, industrial advance, and fast speed of the working cylinder.
