What Is Bending Stress?
Bending presses, particularly bending presses used in metalworking processes, wherein at least one cylinder group basically includes two heads, a lower and an upper head, and a jacket held by the head, Laterally welded to the shoulder of the frame of the press, where the first head is provided with a device for connecting the cylinder feed, and the second head supports a corresponding removable flange, so that a replaceable inner sleeve can be pulled out; In the lateral direction of the tool supporting cross member, there are at least two guide points each. The first guide point is related to the upper part of the cross member, the second guide point is below the first one, and is disposed at an intermediate position along the cross member.
First-level maintenance of bending press
- 1. Regular time: once a quarter. 2.2 Operating time: within 4 hours.
- 2. Wipe the exterior and equipment of the whole machine, keep the inside and outside clean, without rust, and without yellow robes.
- 3. Check the fasteners and keep them free.
- 4. Adjust the belt tension.
- 5. Check and adjust the clutch to achieve flexibility, safety and reliability.
- 6. Check the working conditions of gears, shafts and connecting rods.
- 7. Check the guide rail and pressure plate, and adjust the gap of the insert.
- 8. Check if the braking device is safe and reliable.
- 9. Depth adjustment screw and servo drive part.
- 10.Remove the deposited oil (soil) and apply lubricant.
- 11. Inspect the relevant brackets for cracks and deformation.
- 12. Check whether there is a gap between the cam push rod and the guide rod. If there is, use a slotted screwdriver to adjust.
- 13. Check the lubrication system to ensure that the oil circuit is unblocked.
- 14. Check the hydraulic presses (pumps, valves, cylinders, etc.) for leaks in the pipes. Keep the oil pressure normal and the oil quality is good.
Bending press secondary maintenance
- 1. Regular time: once a year. 3.2 Operating time: within 8 hours.
- 2. Complete the contents of the first-level maintenance (according to the first-level maintenance requirements).
- 3. Check and adjust the operating mechanism and replace worn parts.
- 4. Remove the oily dirt from the backstop screw and rack gear (the height adjustment part of the backstop) and apply lubricant.
- 5. Check the tension of the backstop gear belt (synchronous belt), whether the appearance is damaged. 3.5 Angle Adjuster
- 6. Air blows away foreign matter inside and applies lubricant to the corresponding position. 3.5.2 Check the tension of the bevel gear chain. 3.6 Lubrication
- 7. Disassemble the oil pump and replace damaged parts. 3.6.2 Clean the fuel tank and replace the lubricant.
- 8. Check the oil cup and oil hole and replace the suction filter to ensure that the oil circuit is unblocked. 3.7 Appliance
- 9. Inspect the motor, overhaul the electrical box and electrical control system to achieve neat and safe inside and outside.
- 10. Check the level and accuracy of the machine tool, adjust and repair if necessary. [2]
