- 1) Vibration failure of centrifugal fan
- The large vibration of the fan during operation is a common failure. The main reasons are imbalance of the fan impeller, improper bearing center adjustment, inaccurate coupling alignment, insufficient strength of the concrete foundation of the fan, and unfixed ventilation ducts. . In short, most of the causes of fan vibration are caused by the imbalance of the fuselage. The main method to solve the fan vibration is to re-adjust the balance of the fan. In addition, if the concrete foundation of the fan is not strong enough, the fan unit needs to be removed, the concrete foundation prefabricated, and then reinstalled.
- 2) Heating failure of centrifugal fan
- The centrifugal fan generates heat during operation. The main reasons are the lack of lubricating oil in the bearing, the quality of the lubricating oil does not meet the standards for use, there are debris and other debris in the bearing, the bearing is damaged, the rotating shaft of the fan is concentric with the rotating shaft of the motor Insufficient temperature, etc., the elimination of heating faults requires inspection and testing of the above major heating causes, replacement of lubricating oil, cleaning of the interior of bearings, etc. If the concentricity between the rotating shaft of the fan and the rotating shaft of the motor is not sufficient, Generally, with the abnormal vibration of the engine, the positions of the engine and the motor need to be corrected.
