What is Grit Paper?

According to different abrasive materials, there are a variety of emery paper, artificial emery paper, glass sandpaper and so on. Dry sandpaper (wood sandpaper) is used to polish the surface of wood and bamboo. Water-resistant sandpaper (water sandpaper) is used to polish the surface of metal or non-metallic workpieces in water or oil.

In actual use, the classification of sandpaper is not uniform.
Commonly used are 400 # 600 # 1000 # 1200 # 1500 # 2000 #.
For example, W10 stands for No. 04 sandpaper, 800 mesh. The specifications of other types of sandpaper are compared as follows:
