In-depth mastery of industrial circuit board repair technology

The maintenance of electrical equipment is related to the service life of equipment and the efficiency of production. It is an effective way for enterprises to save costs and increase profits. A piece of equipment is irreparable in the hands of a certain maintainer, and it is really a disease in the hands of another maintainer. It is completely new. The level of the maintainer greatly affects the utilization of the equipment. Therefore, it is very important for a maintenance technician to improve the maintenance level and master the chip-level maintenance of industrial boards.
This book arranges the content in close proximity to maintenance practices and real cases. It introduces basic electronic components and maintenance tools, but it does not introduce too much detail. To the point, readers who need to learn this part in detail can find a basic introduction to electricians. Next, I analyzed and summarized the typical circuits commonly used in maintenance with the reader, so that the reader has a picture in mind, and there is no worry about maintenance. Finally, I introduced a lot of maintenance experience and skills, and also listed the actual maintenance cases. List the thoughts and feelings during maintenance for readers' reference.
This book is a summary of the author's more than ten years of training experience. It can be used for industrial circuit boards, technicians and maintenance of electrical equipment repair, senior electricians reading and learning, and also for maintenance training. [1]

Looking at all kinds of professional books on electronic maintenance, they are all about home appliances, computers, and office appliances. Occasionally, electronic maintenance books in the industrial control industry also introduce some types, such as inverters and CNC machine tools.
The electrical circuit board with the picture, and the technical staff with the foundation of electronic maintenance are not difficult to perform the repair. The more the same section is repaired, the technical work becomes physical work. However, the equipment and circuit boards in the industrial control industry are really diverse in various industries and brands in various countries. Even the design styles are quite different.
Equipment manufacturers, for their own consideration, rarely provide drawings, so ordinary equipment maintenance personnel are afraid to easily repair chip-level damage, and often do nothing. Users can only turn to the equipment supplier. For rare and sophisticated equipment, the cost of new parts or repairs is often prohibitive. In addition, if the equipment is old, the models are discontinued, and even the original manufacturer no longer exists, then the equipment can only be repaired except for its obsolescence.
In a company's factory, once the key parts of some machines or production lines are damaged, the machine or the entire production line will "strike", and rapid repair is particularly important.
The biggest characteristic of electronic circuit repair in the industrial control industry is "no picture". Because there is no picture, if you start with the general maintenance ideas, you will inevitably run into a wall, maintenance will be in a dead end, the maintenance staff will lose their confidence in maintenance, and they lack good incentives. It is a pity to abandon the improvement of technology since then. Too many industrial control and maintenance personnel who are new to the industry are afraid to retreat and try their best. Therefore, this industry has only been able to maintain a small number of employees, and the outstanding people who stick to it and enjoy it have very good benefits.
The author has been in the electronics industry for more than ten years, and has gone through maintenance, design, management positions, and even started his own industrial control maintenance business. Since then, he has handled and guided the repair of industrial machinery and circuit boards in countless counties, and is deeply aware of the limitations of industrial control equipment maintenance. He deeply felt the sweetness, bitterness, and confusion of the maintenance staff, so he had the urge to sum up the experience and lessons. For more than a year, I have posted on the industrial control website under the name of "chip-level maintenance" to help others. Many people in the industry agree. Later, when I met the Chemical Industry Press, I asked me to integrate my experience and make a book to help beginners with reference. Therefore, in addition to this work, in your spare time, I will record all the experiences, lessons, and feelings in the maintenance work. It would be a great relief for the post-scholars to benefit from it.
People often ask me: I have a controller of the brand XX, can you repair it? Or, I have a ×××× circuit board. Can you repair it? In fact, in the eyes of experienced electronic maintenance technicians, all circuit boards are just a combination of basic electronic components, plus some software or debuggable hardware. Their job is simply to find the damaged components and replace them, so The idea that the maintenance must be drawings is not suitable today with the rapid development of electronic technology and the emergence of new electronic products. To adapt to the maintenance work in the new era, we must work on a universal maintenance idea.

The author does not want to go from shallow to deep in the content arrangement, and introduces beginners to the advanced stage according to the text. Therefore, those special basic things are not introduced in this book. The reader may have some electrical and electronic common sense first. Some circuit analysis skills are suitable for this book. I try to arrange the content as close as possible to maintenance practices and real cases.

The book is divided into 5 chapters:
The core idea of Chapter 1 Electronic Component Maintenance is to find "bad parts". "Bad parts" are the "root causes" of failures. In view of this, around the reliability of components, in addition to introducing the characteristics of components in industrial control circuits, this chapter also discusses the process reasons, environmental reasons, and operating reasons for component damage. Allow readers to figure out the regularity of component damage and form a statistical concept, so that they can be targeted in the maintenance practice, point acupoints, and save effort.
Chapter 2 Maintenance Tools If you want to be good at using tools, you must first sharpen them. The correct selection and use of maintenance tools is the prerequisite and guarantee for successful maintenance. I have seen many operators retreat because of improper selection, improper use of tools, or failure. Even if a bad part is found on a board, because of poor welding or because of poor disassembly, not only has it not been repaired, but the scope of the failure has also been expanded. Cooked ducks have also flew and incidentally broke the pot. This chapter introduces the precautions and method details of tool use, and readers can practice accordingly and become skilled in a few days.
Chapter 3 Typical Circuit Analysis Industrial control circuits. There are many differences in various types and models, but they are inseparable from each other. Master some typical basic circuits. Other circuits are nothing more than changes based on this. This chapter mainly introduces and analyzes some typical circuits such as digital logic circuits, operational amplifier circuits, input and output circuits, switching power supply circuits, microcontroller circuits, and variable frequency drive circuits. The circuit is dead and the mind is alive, so that it has a "chest in mind", in response to the "no picture" feature of the industrial control circuit, when you see an unhanded circuit, you can learn from the other, and understand it without fear.
Chapter 4 Maintenance Methods and Techniques After a long time of maintenance work, naturally there are some shortcuts that I think are feasible. Summarize them, make statistics, and summarize them. Turn the so-called "secrets" into a handy guide for everyone to keep everyone away. detour.

Chapter 5 Introduction to Maintenance Examples There are examples, and everyone feels operable. This chapter introduces many examples of the author's maintenance practice, including industrial control appliances from all walks of life, and describes it from three aspects: failure phenomena, maintenance ideas, and experience summary. If readers encounter similar problems, they can repair them as usual. Come and experience the fun of maintenance success.
However, the world is huge, there are all kinds of wonders, each person has its own shortcuts and easy access to the purpose, and is not limited to methods and methods, the same is the way of maintenance. The words mentioned in the book may be inappropriate, the methods mentioned, or the twists and turns.
In the process of writing this book, Shenzhen Mao Zhongmao Technology Co., Ltd. maintenance engineer Xiao Maolin and maintenance technician Nie Yunhu provided great assistance. Many examples and experience summarization are the result of everyone's joint efforts. Thank you very much!
