What Should I Know About Mixing Concrete?

Concrete mixing is an operation method of mixing materials such as cement, lime, and water after mixing. There are two types of concrete mixing: manual mixing and mechanical mixing of water. Concrete mixing stations are widely used in China's industrial, agricultural, transportation, national defense, water conservancy, and municipal construction projects, and the demand is increasing.

Cement concrete mixing stations are widely used in China's industrial, agricultural, transportation, national defense, water conservancy, and municipal construction projects, and the demand is constantly increasing. Although domestic concrete mixing equipment continues to innovate and improve on the basis of learning from foreign products, and the technology level has gradually improved, as far as the entire mixing station is concerned, the research on the batching process is still insufficient, especially for newly-built concrete mixing stations, which often rely on supporting manufacturers for many years The accumulated experience basically meets the national standards for the quality requirements of concrete mixing stations, and no special experimental research has been conducted on its transportation process and feeding process. Concrete mixing

When stirring, strive to be agile. The stirring time from the time of adding water should roughly meet the following requirements:
4 ~ 5min (minutes) when the volume of the stirrer is below 30L
5 ~ 9min when the volume of the stirrer is 30L--50L
9 ~ 12min when stirring volume is 51L--75L
After mixing, according to the requirements of the test, immediately measure the slump or form the test piece. From the beginning of water addition, all operations must be completed within 30min.

Pre-mix once, that is, remove the chamber first, so as not to affect the mixing ratio of the mixture when it is formally mixed. Start the mixer, add stones, cement, and sand into the mixer in sequence, mix evenly, and then add water slowly. The total feeding time should not exceed 2 minutes. After all the water is added, continue mixing for 2 minutes.
Unload the mixture from the mixer, pour it on the mixing and fishing, and then mix it manually for 1 ~ 2min to measure the slump or shape the test piece. From the beginning of water addition, all operations must be completed within 30min.
