Causes of cystic acne

Endogenous factor
(1) Excessive secretion of androgens is the main reason. Especially the excessive secretion of androgens in adolescent men and women is the main reason for the formation of "acne". Androgens can directly stimulate the increase of sebaceous glands, promote keratinization of hair follicles, block pores and cause inflammation, causing acne, pustules, nodules and even cysts.
(2) It is related to women's physiological cycle. Some women's symptoms worsen before menstruation. Mainly related to changes in hormone secretion.
(3) Internal diseases or functional disorders. Such as stomach, kidney, liver and other organ diseases, especially gastrointestinal dysfunction, constipation, etc. will induce the occurrence of acne.
(4) Mental stress, fatigue, lack of sleep, etc.
(5) To eat greasy, hot and sour irritating food and sweets.
2. Exogenous factors
