What Are the Different Compulsive Lying Treatments?

Often accompanied by leg flexion to reduce abdominal muscle tension.

Forced supine position

Compulsively on the back: In order to reduce the pain of the disease, the patient lies on his back with his legs flexed to reduce the tension of the abdominal muscles.

Often accompanied by leg flexion to reduce abdominal muscle tension.
Differential diagnosis of forced supine position:
(1) Forced standing position: During the activity, due to the sudden onset of pain in the anterior region of the heart, the patient immediately stopped in situ, and often used his hand to touch the anterior region of the heart, and only left after remission and improvement.
(2) Forced prone position (compulsivelying on the face): Prone position can relax the spinal muscles, as seen in spinal diseases.
(3) Compulsively on the side: Those with pleural disease should lie on the affected side to reduce pain or cough, and help the compensatory breathing of the healthy side. See those who have pleurisy on one side or a large amount of pleural effusion.
(4) Forced sitting position (orthopnea): sitting position with both hands on the knees or supporting the bedside to reduce diaphragmatic muscles, increase lung capacity, lower blood pressure in the lower limbs, and reduce the burden on the heart, as seen in those with heart and lung insufficiency .
(5) Compulsive squatting (compulsive squatting): Short-distance walking or other activities due to breathing difficulties and palpitations, take squatting position or knee-thorax position to relieve symptoms, seen in cyanotic congenital heart disease. Often accompanied by leg flexion to reduce abdominal muscle tension.
Early and appropriate treatment of inflammatory diseases in the abdominal cavity that may cause peritonitis is a fundamental measure to prevent peritonitis. Any abdominal surgery or even abdominal puncture should be strictly performed aseptically. Antibacterial drugs should be given orally before bowel surgery to reduce the incidence of peritonitis.
