What are the signs of concert abuse?

Concerta® is a drug known as the general name methylphenidate and is usually taken at a single daily dose. Methylfenidate is also primary medicine in drugs such as Ritalin®, and is a stimulant used in the treatment of attention and hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Although it has great potential for use in ADHD treatment, it is well proven that drugs can also be abused. There are a number of signs of Concerta® abuse that people may want to notice.

Instead of simply using another methylphenidate orally, most people practice Concert® abuse by snorting or injecting the drug. One clear feature of such abuse is that it is used more than the prescribed amount. In order to achieve high cocaine high, one would have to take more methylphenidate. They are just as bad as bad as bad behavior problems, physical reactions to very high doses of methylphenidate. Because it is theoretically "speed," this poses a risk to the heart and can cause a heart attack. It can also lead to lack of consciousness, seizures, vomiting, muscle twitches and abundantperspiration. If an overdose was assumed that this should be considered medically urgent.
