[Contraindications] Acute gastroduodenal ulcer and cerebral hemorrhage, severe coagulopathy, septic endocarditis, central nervous system, eye and ear injuries or surgery, positive thrombocytopenia with in vitro platelet aggregation test results when daparin sodium is used Patient, with local anesthesia for acute deep vein thrombosis.
[Adverse reactions] May cause bleeding, especially at high doses. Subcutaneous hematomas are common. Rare thrombocytopenia, skin necrosis, allergic reactions, and bleeding, transient mild to moderate elevations of liver transaminase have been observed, and allergic reactions are rare.
