Naproxen capsules dosage
- oral
1. Usual Adult:
(1) Resistant to rheumatism, 0.25 to 0.5 g each time, once in the morning and evening, or 0.25 g in the morning and 0.5 g in the evening;
(2) Pain relief, 0.5g for the first time, 0.25g if necessary later, and every 6 to 8 hours if necessary;
(3) Acute onset of gouty arthritis, 0.75g for the first time, 0.25g for the next time, every 8 hours, until the acute attack ceases;
(4) Dysmenorrhea, 0.5g for the first time and 0.25g if necessary, every 6 to 8 hours.
2. Commonly used in children: anti-rheumatic, 5mg / kg once per body weight, twice a day.
Naproxen capsules adverse reactions

Naproxen capsules contraindications

Naproxen capsules precautions

2. Interference to diagnosis: can affect the determination of 5-hydroxyindole acetate (5-HIAA) and 17-ketosteroids in urine.

Naproxen capsules for pregnant and lactating women
- 1. The research on the effects of this product on the fetus is not enough. Because other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs can cause the fetal arterial duct to close prematurely, and it can inhibit the prostaglandin synthesis and cause dystocia or prolonged labor, so pregnant women should not be used unless otherwise .
2. The concentration of this product secreted into milk is equivalent to 1% of the blood concentration, it is not suitable for lactating women.

- Urgent treatment should be given for excessive poisoning, including vomiting or gastric lavage, oral activated carbon and antacids, symptomatic and supportive therapies, and rational use of diuretics.
