What Is Tarentula Cubensis?

Tarantulas are large, hairy spiders (Theraphosidae and Lycosa species) and are widely known because they are often sold in pet stores. One of these spiders is produced in Europe, but most of them come from tropical regions of the Americas. Some South American species do inject dangerous toxins, but most of these spiders bite only pain.

Some Tarantula may be as large as a dinner plate.
They inhabit burrows in desert or semi-desert dry soil and feed mainly on birds and lizards. It puts filaments in the mouth of the cave. As long as the small animal passes by, the filaments will jump out, and it will bite the prey with fangs. Their legs and torso are covered with thick fur, which is used to detect the vibrations of their prey while hunting at night. The hairs of Tarantula's poisonous spider can bounce on the enemy and easily cause skin
The best hunting period for spiders is between May and June of each year. When I first looked at the Spider Cave, I found it hiding on the first floor of the cave-the "corner" mentioned earlier. In the beginning, I wanted to use brute force to deal with it. With a small knife that was one foot long and two inches wide, I kept digging those holes for several hours without catching the spider. I began to look for it more widely, trying to catch a Tarantula, and even impulsively wanted to take an axe and split these caves. In the end, I finally gave up the force and switched to my mind. People say: Need is the mother of creation. I actually had a brilliant idea: I took the main stem of a plant, tied an ear of wheat to the top, and used it as a bait, shaking it gently at the spider's hole. Soon I noticed that the spider's attention was attracted by the spike bait, and I started walking cautiously towards the ear of wheat. After pulling the guy out of the hole, convinced that it could no longer escape into the hole, he quickly pulled open the ears of wheat; the spider saw the situation was not good, and turned and rushed towards the hole, of course, I would not let it run away and grab It closed the opening. Tarantula's poisonous spider fainted for a moment, even avoiding my capture seemed extremely clumsy. Eventually I drove it into a paper bag and quickly sealed it.
Sometimes, the spider would be suspicious, suspected to be a trap, or not very hungry at the time, and would keep its guard and stay a short distance from the hole. Maybe it doesn't think this time is the best time to cross the threshold. Its patience obviously exceeded my determination, in which case I had to change tactics: first determine the exact location of the spider, and then find out the direction of the passage in the cave. After everything was ready, I used a small knife to insert it obliquely along the passageway, blocking the spider's rear path, and then using something to put the spider in the hole, and I was done. This set of tactics has been tried and tested, especially in the soft soil. Forced by this harsh environment, Tarantula's poisonous spider either stunned away, or stubbornly resisted the blade with its back. If the spider adopts the second attitude and continues to resist, I will pick out the dirt together with the resistant spider with a knife, and then easily capture it.
One day, I caught many spiders. In order to watch a deadly fight, I picked two strong male spiders that were fully mature and put them in the same large glass jar. At first, the two spiders walked several times along the arena to try to avoid the opponent, but after the initial temptation, they seemed to have heard the firing of the starting gun, and they were very angry. They didn't swoop up and bite immediately, but still kept a distance, and ended up sitting on their hind legs. This is to protect one's chest from the other. They confronted each other for about two minutes, and there was no doubt that they were fighting each other during this period. Just two minutes later, almost simultaneously, the two spiders jumped up and swooped at each other. They each danced with their long legs wrapped around each other, biting tenaciously with the fangs of their upper jaw. I don't know if it's too tired or as usual, the gladiatorial fight was suspended. Both sides retreated from their respective gladiatorial positions, but both remained in a deterrent state. This situation reminds me of strange battles between cats, because cats also have truce status during the battle. When the two Tarantula poisonous spiders rejoined the gladiator, the killing became more violent. In the end, the losing side will be thrown from the field by the winning side. It must endure the doom of failure, and its skull was torn open, becoming a delight in the mouth of the conqueror. After this amazing duel, I left that victorious Tarantula spider for weeks.
