Is it advisable to apply for money for a wedding gift?
In the US, according to the wedding etiquette, it is never appropriate to ask for a wedding gift. Wedding couples assume that they are likely to receive gifts and therefore tend to register to provide proposals for their wishes or needs. Money is certainly produced by a nice wedding gift, but in most cases it is not possible to use the one that cannot be used.
There are several exceptions. The couple could apply for financial assistance in paying a wedding from the bride's or groom's parents. Usually this assistance is offered or is assumed to be offered. The bride's family traditionally funds wedding and reception, while the groom's family pays for a test dinner. The couple should not expect another wedding gift from parents who pay for a wedding. This is considered to be quite grossly and can offend most of the participants.
Etiquette experts instead recommend that one budget on SThe cotton responded and provided it with funds, which will also allow honeymocks or use the necessary funds for projects. By careful budget, the amount spent can be reduced, and therefore guests can provide a nice wedding, and is not charged with throwing a wedding for receiving a cash wedding gift.
Another exception may exist in a cultural tradition known as a wedding wallet. This is a typical European tradition and is still observed when most guests understand tradition. In such a bride it carries a silk purse and can circle around the guests. Willing guests give the bride checks or cash to fill in the wallet.
When this tradition is observed, the bride of the Uenich usually does not register for other gifts. However, this tradition should only be practiced only when it can be assured that guests will not be offended or considered as an application for a leaflet. It's okay for several friends not know about tradition and their inability to provide cash wedding dAR should not be considered offensive. It is a bad label to inform friends about tradition in advance if it does not apply.
So if a wedding wallet is part of one's cultural tradition, the invitation should still include a request for a cash wedding gift. Instead, it is assumed that people who participate in the wedding will be aware of traditions and will not come empty.
