What are dots®?
Dots® are Gumdrop Candies made by Toootsie Roll Industries, a large American company Candy Company, which produces a wide range of candies. Many people consider them to be old -fashioned candies because they exist since the age of 40. Century and some people like memories of their eating in their youth. Dots® comes in a number of packaging options, from small mini boxes for Halloween to large film boxes of traditional version and most confectionery and large markets carry them.
This candy was first released in 1945 by Mason Company. They were originally known as Mason Dots® and Mason Company also released the Black Licorice version known as Black Crows. In 1972, Tootsie Roll Industries acquired Mason Company and began to produce Dots® itself, to release a number of experimental flavors including Tropical, Hot and Ghost Dots®, special varieties published just for Halloween.
The traditiona.L flavors are strawberries, lemon, lime, orange and icing. Are the theoristsCky distributed randomly in the packaging, which means that consumers sometimes meet a package that has only one or two tastes. Like many artificially flavored fruit candies, there is some debate about how different they are. Some people say that the flavors are clear enough to distinguish in a blind taste test, while others doubt it.
TEXTURE DOTS® is quite unique. Like other Gumdrops, they are sticky and soft, but sometimes they can approach the granular structure due to the absence of gelatin in ingredients. They also lack a powder coating that is often used for Gumdrops, and are extremely sweet thanks to the first ingredient, which is corn syrup. Because candy does not contain gelatin, it is safe for vegans and vegetarians.
Many people resting dots® with a cinema because most of the concession stalls bears them and more rambunctic film viewers can pamto allow them to throw them on a screen or other patrons. They are also popular Halloween candies because they come in entertainment packages that can be easily distributed by trick or treators.
