What is the balustrade?

Balustrade is a series of architectural columns called Balusters, which are held by the upper and lower railings. Baluster is usually a relatively small size and most of the tears or vases that differ in width. Some balusters are more prolonged, while others are stronger and rounded. Balustrade is most commonly found on staircases, verands or balconies. Although balustrades are usually decorative, their main purpose is to prevent people from falling interior or exterior building structures. balaustro is the Italian word for Baluster, while balaustrate refers to the Balustrade system. Balustrade Systems include the upper and lower railing and the contributions of the Newel and Balusters. Newel posts are structural columns that support balustrade.
