What is a French marigold?
French marigold is a member of the family Tagetes of the family of flowering plants Asteraceae. These annual flowers produce bright, solid or multicolored flowers that reach across a series of colors, including yellow, red and brown. They tolerate a wide range of climates and are often used as ornamental flowers along the borders, sidewalks, gardens and other areas where an engaging accent is required. Using as a discouraging means on the pest, many varieties of French months have proven to be eradicated and claimed to repel many other pests and animals. Its flowers may have smooth or disheveled petals that cracked in compact vortex from its torus or container.
