What is a shrub bush?

Aneysuckle shrub is a plant of the family lonicresa . Some housing plants are more guilty than shrubs. In China there are 100 species of honeysuckle in China, about 20 species from Europe, about 20 originally in North America and about 40 species of honeysuckles from other areas of the northern hemisphere. Most honeysuckles are deciduous, which means they lose their leaves seasonally, while some are still green, which means they have leaves throughout the year.

Honeyckles have small oval leaves, sweet scented bell -shaped flowers and small round berries that are often slightly poisonous. Nectar of flowers is edible and attracts hummingbirds and some caterpillars. Many species of Menoysuckle shrubs are grown as ornamental plants.

Blue-barrised Honeysuckle ( l. Caerulea ), also called Sweetberry Honeysuckle, is one of the few types of honeysuckles that have edible berries. It is native in the northern hemisphere, with the variety in Asia, North America and Europe. Orange honeysuckle ( l. Ciliosa ), ifSt. Monysuckle, a shrub coming from the western North American forests, also has edible berries, although they rarely consume. The orange honeysuckle has faith or orange flowers and bright red berries.

Amur or Bush Moneysuckle ( l. Maackii ) is a bush from parts of China, Japan, Mongolia and Russia. In Japan, it is classified as an endangered species, but has become invasive in the United States. It has white to light orange flowers that grow in pairs and red to black berries. Amur honeysuckle can form thick thickets. However, it is a popular ornamental plant and has cultivars with different color flowers.

Many Asian honeysuckles that have been introduced into the United States, because decorative plants have since become invasive species. Examples include Morrow's Honeyckle ( l. Morrowii ), with white to yellow flowers and dark red berries and tatarianM profit ( l. tatarica ), with pink to red flower and orange or red fruit. Boxleaf Honeysuckle ( l. Nitida ) is originally from China and has white flowers and dark red fruit. It is resistant and popular as a hedge. Privet Honeysuckle ( l. Pileata ), also native from China, contains white flowers and purple berries and can keep their leaves in a slight winter.

European species of honeysuckles include Honeysuckle fly ( l. xylosteum ), the only shrub of Monysuckle originating from Britain and Honeysuckle ( L. Alpigena ), deciduous honeysuckle shrubs from mountain and Central Europe. The Alpine Fincl has bright red berries in the summer, even if they are not edible.

Chaparral Honeysuckle ( l. Interrupta ) grows in parts of California and Arizona. It is a durable shrub with pink flowers and red berries. Southern honeysuckle ( l. Subsicata ), other species of Chaparral, which grows only in California, has yellow flowers and small red or yellow berries.Purple honeysuckle ( l. Conjugialis ) is a monysuckle shrub also originating in Western North America, which contains pairs of deep purple flowers, red fruit and slightly hairy leaves. Bearberry or Twinberry Muneysuckle ( l. Involucrata ) is also originally in the same area and has hairy yellow flowers and black berries.
