What is the horned veil?
HORND VIPERS are snakes who are most often desert dwellings. There are several types of horned swabs and all species are identifiable "corners" protruding above the eyes or from the upper part of the nose. Their actions on the side allows them to travel quickly on sand-which is very hot under the desert sun-and at the same time minimize contact with the surface area. Most species of these snakes are very poison and should be avoided by anyone who is not a professional service. The desert horned viper can also be found in the arid areas of the Arabian Peninsula, Iraq and Israel. Of all poisonous snakes, horned viper is considered the most abundant to its extent.
The desert corner viper has one corner over each Eye and the corners, when they touched, folding, which makes the snake pushing out into small holes and under the sand. The head is wide and flat, with a rounded nose and hanging fangs. This species has large, forward -oriented eyes with vertical pupils. Cerastes Gasperettii , commonly known as the Arab corner swallow, is close to the relatives of the desert horned viper. It has a similar size and shows the same feeding and behavior patterns. The extent of this species is much smaller than the extent of the desert horned viper, ranging from the southern reach of Israel to Iraq and eastern Iran.
Another species inhabiting Iraq and the Arabian Peninsula Jeper's horned Zvár, pseudocerastes Persicus . This species has a wide, flat head and a hard body. Persian corner viper have one, scaly corner protruding from each eye. Bitches from the Persian horned viper, although highly toxic, are rare. This species is primarily night and could be found in shady places during the day.
bitis nasicornis or noSorožka Viper shows two to three corner on the nasal areas. This snake is also poisonous, like most Viper species. It is also known as Jack and inhabits rainforests, swamps and any area near large water bodies. Its extent includes the tropical and subtropical areas of Africa. Rhinths of rhinos for small mammals, frogs and fish.
Bitis cornuta is commonly known as the viper with many corners. It has a set of at least two and up to seven corner weights over each of the eyes. Its habitat consists of rocky, arid desert areas of Africa.
