What is pitchfork?
Pitchfork is an agricultural implementation that is used to process materials such as hay, straw and fertilizer. The implementation consists of a fork range at the end of the long handle, while the number of spikes varies depending on the use for which PitchFork is designed. One of the classic uses of Pitchfork is throwing (or pitching) hay, but these tools can be used for different purposes and are a common look around the farm and large gardens.
It seems that this tool in the Middle Ages seems to have its origin. The term "pitchfork" appeared around 1300 and is derived from medium English pichen , which means "throw". Pitchforks quickly became a popular tool among farmers, and this implementation became associated with agriculture and handicrafts. Pictures of this tool in art are often used as a reference to hard work and agriculture that use its iconic condition.
Pitchfork is also associated with angry crowds. Some historians assume that since farmers have not been allowed to ownWeapons at some times or could not afford weapons in others, they had to use any agricultural tools that were useful, and Pitchfork could stand as a very effective weapon. In defense of their countries, a crowd of pitchforks with Pitchfors could be as effective as armed men. Similarly, farmers who protest against living or working conditions could bring Pitchfork as a reminder of the type of work they do and as a form of self -doubt.
The number of spikes on Vischfork may vary from two to six and the gap can also be variable. The hills can be straight on slightly curved and are usually strong to withstand strong use. Like many farm tools, the distinction is designed with a removable head, so once the handle is worn, the new handle can be mounted in the implementation head. This can also be used for longer or shorter handles for different applications. Changing the length of the handle can significantly increase ergonomics so it is safer, easier and more comfortableuse.
Pitchfork's design looks superficially similar to Trident, a type of spear used historically for fishing and associated with the Greek gods. However, Pitchforks and Tridents are designed for different uses, while the format of spikes differs slightly to reflect it.
