What is a lobster harvest?

Lobster Slipper is a decapoda or 10-footed, crustacean in the family Scyllaridae. In the US, this naval creature is also known as a shovel lobster, while other countries are other names. It is mainly in tropical waters along coastal shelves. Snail shoes are not considered to be a true lobster because it lacks claws, but just like a true lobster is edible. The French refer to this species as a hovercles as a click on the noise it issues. Sometimes it is called a flat lobster or lobster flathead.
