What is Master Tai Chi?
Tai Chi Master is a lifelong student of the secrets of martial arts called Tai Chi and can belong to one of several thought schools. The main styles that exist include a new style of images, Yang style, old frame style and WU style. Other popular styles include Zhao Bao style, HU Lei style, Wu Shi style and sun style. In order to become a student Tai Chi, the student must train the body to relax stress, concentrate the mind and calm the mind and learn to give up the attack rather than react with force. Tai Chi Master knows all aspects of Tai Chi and has managed all of them. Modern Masters Tai Chi normally compete in competitions and gain certification from academies and organizations. Masters Tai Chi usually also has expertise in other forms of Chinese martial arts such as Wushu or Kung Fu. Tai Chi requires so much internal work, however, that the main skill of Tai Chi Master is not their ability to fight, but rather their inner peace and control of Chi or energy throughout the body.
The real Tai Chi masters are rare and difficult to find. They almost always started studying martial arts at a very young age from another master. Masters Tai Chi are usually well grounded by Taoist philosophy and are often experts in push hands, a form of practice in which two people gently push against each other while maintaining relaxation and balance. The mixture of Tai Chi, Taoism and Qigong can make Tai Chi Master a powerful individual in perfect balance and peace.
Many Tai Chi Masters follows its line back to Zhang San-Feng, Chinese student of Taoist priest during the Yuan Dynasty, which makes Tai Chi one of the oldest forms of martial arts. Zhang San-Feng taught several of his art, and these students created a line of Tai Chi Masters until modern times. Zhang San-Feng has been 70 years old when he created Tai Chi, and legends says he was inspired when he watched the bird's movements attacking a snake. Rather than a gentle form of exercise, as oftenHe uses Zhang martial arts today, which he could use to defend when he traveled across China, especially because he was slow and weak. The name Tai Chi Chuan literally means "the highest final fist."
