What is wet tiles?

wet tiles saw cut tiles made of ceramics and left a clean and smooth edge. The tile setter must crop the tiles at the installation point to fit the edges of the room or create inventive patterns. The portable saw for wet tiles mounted on the table allows it to cut the tile because they are needed for precise specifications. The saw combines a circular blade similar to a wooden table saw, with a water pump and a hose to constantly soak the cutting surface with water to reduce friction and cool the surface. An ordinary circular saw for wood or metal would either break the tiles, or so hot that it would seize and stop cutting. However, ceramic tiles are not well cut with sharp blades. Wet tiles were invented to solve all these unique properties of ceramics. It does not overheat, uses a relatively boring blade without a backrest and can be transported to a job and set to an existing table or Sawhorses.

wet tiles saw that the tiles were crushed by the channel. A dull, wide, unsailed blade uses sharp sand crystals or diamond, instead of sharpened metal. The circular blade is equipped with a plastic hose that spills the blade and the surface of the tiles with a constant stream of cold water. This hose is connected to a submersible water pump sitting in a large container of water, such as a 5-galon plastic bucket. Whenever the engine is on, the pump also provides a cooling beam. The excess of water and ceramic dust falls into the tub.

If you want to cut the tile using a wet tile saw, measure the exact space in which the tiles can fit. Cuts are usually along the perimeter, in the corner or around the electric output. Mark the line on the full tile in the pencil on the grease. Most of the saw will hold tiles up to 12 inches (30 cm), but excessive saws can be rented for huge floor tiles. Wear safety glasses, put the tile on the movable platformsU and align the brand with the edge of the saw. With the engine running, move the platform towards the blade with even but fine pressure. Because you crush the tiles, make sure the water will have enough time to cool everything.
