What is the air operator?

Air handler is a mechanical device used to distribute air throughout the house or building. It is used in conjunction with a heat pump or air -conditioning system and can be installed inside or away from home depending on the model. The term “Air Handler Unit” (AHU) is often used to describe this device.

The cooling process begins when fresh air is fed to the air operator from the outside. The coolant or coolant in the handler cools down this fresh air, then they are sent to the blowers or fans to the building pipe. Pipes distribute this cold air to each room. The second pipe set, known as the "return channels", collects warm exhaust air and transfers it back to the air operator.

As soon as the warm air reaches the air handling unit, the refrigerant in the unit collects heat from the air and sends it to the outdoor compressor. Heat is excluded out and the refrigerant is sent back to the air handler to cool more air and repeatedVal cooling cycle. In the opposite case, they are working in the winter to heat the home air. In general, these devices are located outdoors in a commercial application and inside in most residential settings. Special support pads made of concrete are often used to support them and additional supports can be added to minimize noise and vibrations.

When selecting air operators, it is important to connect the unit with the outdoor compressor. Some compressors are designed to only work with specific components for air handling, while others are more versatile. Buyers should also be aware of the evaluation of energy efficiency, noise levels and control systems for each type of air operator.

Air operator size is also the main problem when purchasing. The buyer must choose a unit with the appropriate cooling capacity of the perch or building and must alsoFind a unit that fits in the available installation space. A unit with too low cooling capacity may feel too warm, while the one that is too large can lead to higher energy costs and unnecessary energy.

As with most heating and cooling components, the air service must be properly maintained to work at its maximum power level. Maintenance staff should check and replace the filter in the unit in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. The system should also be installed and programmed by a qualified installer to maximize power and reduce the risk of operating problems.
