What is the albino geckon?
Albino Gekon is a type of Leopard Gekon that generally lacks black brands. Instead, the average albino gecko can be white, yellowish or pinkish without distinctive brands. These lizards usually take care of the other Leopard Gekon because they are considered a genetic variant on the same kind. As a pet, Albin Gecko is relatively easy to care and can live up to 20 years. They usually require a source of heat and food of crickets or worms of food, complemented by calcium, like most other lizards for pets. These reptiles usually only move at night, so they generally do not require UVA/UVB light. However, they usually need a heated area in their house. Most reptile breeders recommend heating under the tank covering a single part of the cage, so that the lizard can remove if they feel overheat. The heated part of the cage should generally reach an average temperature of 90 ° Fahrenheit (32.2 ° C) on the substrate surface.
These reptiles have evolved to live in a very dry climate, so the habitat usually requires fogging only about once a week. They usually won't drink water more than twice a week. They can feed the worms of food, which are usually the most nutritious when they are fed by vegetables and powder to replenish minerals. Crickets are also believed to make nutritional food for Albin.
Insects fed adult Albin Leopard Gecko should usually be coated with a mineral supplement twice a week. Young lizards will need this mineral powder sprinkled for food every day to make the right development. Hname prey, such as newborn mice or wax worms, should be fed surveys if the lizard does not need to regain weight after growing eggs or diseases.
Most breeders recommend using fine sand substrate for geckos of more than 5 inches (12.7 centimeters) long. Smaller samples should usually be held on SSilk paper, because they often eat sand grains and can become ill. Given that Albin Gekon usually behaves quite secret during the day, they should be offered to hide. In general, an inverted plastic container with opening on one side is suitable. The fish reservoir 20 gallons (75.7 liters) will offer a typical Albino gecko and the lid is usually not needed if there are no cats or other possible predators.
