What is understanding?
The theater is an understanding of a person who learns part of the leading artist. Understanding will take over a part if the main actor or actress is unable to perform due to illness, injury or other unpredictable circumstances. The actor or actress is usually a subconscious for the main character and at the same time performs a minor role in a certain production. In other cases, however, it does not have any regular part in the presentation and simply acts as a standby regime that can enter if necessary. Understanding is sometimes called a "swing" in a musical or "envelope" in the opera.
In many ways, understanding is even more difficult than playing the main role in theater performance. Understanding must learn all the lines and blocking of the main character, yet it receives minimal compensation and almost no public recognition. If the subconscious is called to perform on the stage, it must only be prepared with a moment. They continue to complicate matters, it is not uncommon for being expected to be expected to learnlines for three or more parts within one power. This helps manufacturers to maintain the show costs, but it is a stressful experience for every artist.
For an aspiring actor or actress, work as an understanding is often the first step towards a long and perhaps prosperous career. Understanding closely cooperates with known talent, usually creating a valuable network connection in the process of testing and learning role. Understanding also receives a great exhibition if it is actually allowed to fill in during the show. In fact, Anthony Hopkins got the first big break to be filled for the role of Edgar during August Strindberg's dancing of death when Laurence Olivier came down with appendicitis in the middle of the production run.
While understanding serves very useful it is interesting to note that they are not always part of the performance. Association of Association of Actors, trade union representing many actors and managerThe stage in the United States, does not undertake many programs to hire understanding. Since there is no guarantee that it will be necessary for underestimation necessary, some manufacturers of smaller programs have decided to simply go without underestimation in an effort to save money for production costs. If a decisive actor or actress is unable to play a role, the show is simply canceled or overwritten to a later date.
