What is the match?

ARM Wrestling is a type of athletic competition. There are two competitors in the struggle for matches. Each competitor puts one elbow on a table or a straight surface, then grabs his opponent's hand and tries to force it back to join the table.

Many people don't think about the arm match as a sport. They do not consider that the struggle with the arms requires many things used in other sports, including physical strength, endurance and skills.
