What is the Cleopatra needle?
In fact, there are three Cleopatra needles, although their host nations sometimes forget it in the literature that publish these interesting and famous obelis. One needle of Cleopatra is located in London, the other in the New York central park and another in Paris. New York's Cleopatra's Needle is located at the large Central Park area. It was installed in 1881, which was provided to the United States after the success of Suez Canal, in the hope of establishing positive business relations between the United States and Egypt. You will find the Cleopatra needle in New York directly opposite the Metropolitan Museum of Art, which also has a number of fine Egyptian artifacts on the display.
