What is Dubstep?

At the beginning of 2000, electronic music retreated to the new sub -genre in South London, known as Dubstep. In the next decade, an internet subculture has evolved around the musical style. His most striking feature is his heavy, recurring bass line.

DJs in Southern London Dance Clubs became the first artists of Dubstep around 2003. They start with existing techno styles, increased bass intensity, and dubbed lines and minimalist lyrics across the summit. The music was usually completely synthesized. Dance Club Dubstep was not only to be heard, but also felt throughout the body with pounding bass lines.

Dubstep differs from other technical spin-off genres in several important ways. It has a much smoother, less appalling sound than the styles of garages or dirts that often have harsh, ragged or cut melodies. Some critics even described the style as "minimalist" compared to its precursors, because the whole focus of music is on bass and under Bass.

From South London, Dubstep began to get to the Internet. Its relatively simple structure made it easier to compress the internet -friendly audio files that quickly got into North America. The subculture of the Atlantic Ocean could contribute to its progress, because anyone with software for editing music and good ear for this style. Enthusiasts created bulbs and blogs dedicated to style, where contributors could record, edit and redistribute music. As a result, many songs cannot be attributed to a single artist because it is a compilation of the work of many manufacturers.

Maybe because of their cooperating nature, few main record labels have captured the Dubstep artist since 2011. Some smaller record labels have created songs, but the sale was largely modest. Despite the subculture, Dubstep remained mostly underground music style.
