What is Heightmax ™?

Heightmax ™ is a pill increasing the height created by Sunny Health Nutrition Technology and Products, an additional company that also produced Liposan Ultra Chitosan fat and Osteo-Vite. Heightmax ™ claimed that this could help children, teenagers and young adults by two to three inches in six months, with a significant increase in lean body weight and reducing total body fat. The specialties in their eating supplement were specified as vitamins, minerals, amino acids and herbs. However, they never publicly mentioned what these components were. They ordered people to enjoy their supplements twice a day, while involved in healthy eating habits. Doors experienced an average increase in height of 10 to 25 percent over a period of six months. He also said that people who regularly used it for one year gained an increase in height by 20 to 35 percent. However, they never said who conducted the study. Details of the study have never been published publicly.

William Thomsom, a doctor who claimed to have a master's degree in biochemistry, allegedly created a product. He said he created a formula based on clinical research and studies years, but these studies have never been publicly listed on the Heightmax ™ website. The Federal Commission (FTC) eventually found that William Thomson had not actually created or approved the product, and did not even exist.

Due to numerous complaints of consumers for the FTC product, the company formally accused the company of false and unfounded demands in November 21, 2006. FTC claimed that Heightmax ™ invented a study and confirmation on their website. They also claimed that Heightmax ™ had made false claims that this could help people grow higher when none of its ingredients have been shown to promote bone growth.

FTC eventually ordered its customers Sunny Health Nutrition and Products to return 1.9Million dollars. They also ordered to stop making false claims and create a false confirmation to make the product more attractive. Since the FTC decision, the HeightMax ™ creators have stopped selling this product in accordance with the FTC order.
