What is the neighborhood reinvestment?
Neighbor Reinvestment Corporation is a non -profit organization that helps to finance projects to improve communities and create affordable housing in urban, suburban and rural areas. The organization was founded in 1968 by a neighboring activist in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, who convinced the bankers and leaders of the local administration to extend their loans to improve its community.
