What is pangamic acid?

Pangamic acid, also known as vitamin B15, was first derived from Ernest Krebs in 1951 from apricot cores. It is located throughout the rice of all grain, yeast, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, apricot seeds and beef blood. Studies have found that pangamic acid helps in the formation of some amino acids, which in turn are used to create proteins in the cell. Some of these proteins are involved in glucose disintegration during cellular breathing. It has also been shown that pangamic acid improves circulation and, as a result, increases the amount of tissues reaching oxygen of the body. It can help protect the body from pollutants and can be accepted to help people who live in polluted areas or stress. It is also known to reduce blood cholesterol and are useful in the treatment of arteriosclerosis or the arteries and hypertension or high blood pressure. Some athletes are also used as a supplement to increase circulation and reduce the accumulation of lactic acid in the muscles. TO in turn improves performance and reduces the onset of fatigue for athletes.

Although known as vitamin B15, pangamic acid has not been accepted everywhere as vitamin, because in the human diet it has to be considered essential. In fact, it is not available in the United States and has been removed from B-Complex vitamins. This is due to the fact that it is unresolved if it actually needs pangamic acid and no symptoms or diseases in the human body if its consumption is limited. American meal and drugposing (FDA) removed pangamic acid from the shelves at the age of 70. This suggests that dimethyl glycin (DMG) is taken instead of pangamic acid because DMG promotes the production of pangamic acid in the body.

FDA continues to monitor a wide range of health conditions treated with vitamin B15 in other countries such as Russia. It is also used in European countries to treat alcoholism because it is assumed to help lowoverstate the desire. The substance has shown a certain promise in the treatment of hangover because it seems to increase the function of the liver, which helps in the detoxification process. Finally, it is used to treat liver disease and some types of chemical poisoning.
