Tai Chi Chih branched at the beginning of the 70s. This flowing series of 19 movements created by American Justin Stone comes from a single stable position. They are regularly performed by practicing and some studies that reduce stress, improve immunity and pass energy by balancing the "chi" body, Chinese way of referring to divine "air" or "breath" inside.

standing in a simple central pose, with legs comfortably apart, 19 movements include symbolic and gently flowing movements of legs and hands, unlike Tai Chi Chuan, which has a much deeper bending and more pronounced movements. Although the position, bed or chair is preferred can be performed variations of movements. Learning movements require practice, so much enroll in a class with an instructor to lead them. Others turn to online illustrated tutorials.

Names positions reflect the movements that are carried out. According to the video tutorial on the web of the creator of Justin STOne, which proves teachers Tai Chi Chih, is of most important softness when performing movements. Chi is evoked by slow, even procedures that focus on what Stone calls "efforts without effort". Unlike other forms in which snake movements are similar, with Tai Chi chih, according to Stone, fine, exaggerated or alternating slow and fast movements, is fine and endless according to Stone.

The first movement is a simple rocking movement, which is done for any number of repetitions, then on a slight bending in the knees and waving a bird. This movement is done again as long as the practitioner wants it. The rest of the movements are named: around the plate and fine variations; Bass drum; Daughter at Mountaintop; Daughter in the valley; Bear the ball to the side; Push Pull; Pulling energy; Taffy pulling in four variations; Light in the temple; Joyful breath; Passing clouds; Six healing sounds; And finally, the cosmic consciousness beforebuilds. Each movement can be done for a specified time in order or in any order if they feel properly.

While Tai Chi Chuan has several series of movements that look a bit like Tai Chi Chih, he has another in his 108-motion arseel that teaches fast, defensive tactics or builds muscles. Another name for the former style is the "highest final fist" and practice can be considered an exercise. However, Tai Chi Chih is said to provide energy to the performer, do not take it and include a undervalued approach.
