What is shiva yoga?
Shiva Yoga is a living path of internal transformation to enlightenment. Shiva Yoga, which comes from Vedes, deals with our eternal issues of our origin, fate, purpose, the purpose of the universe, love and faith. This particular form of yoga (or Union) is devoted to Lord Shiva. Shiva is a destroyer of ignorance and suffering. Everything in creation is constantly changing and creates a way for something more. This is the energy of shiva.
via Shiva Yoga, the student realizes that in the context of constant changes the key is "always" factor. It is the constant that is and explains the universe, God and our role in life.
The practice of spiritual discipline is called Sadhana. Shiva Yoga offers special techniques used as AIDS and directives to help the student on his way. This Sadhana includes meditation, breathing techniques, yoga techniques, chanting, study, dedicated service (Seva) and meditation, which are at least named. This spiritual energy is transferred from the guru to the disciple and revives Kundalini (sleeping spiritual energy of self -realization). This PRHEES is spontaneous when the student experiences his mantra in pure form. Shiva Yoga explains that Shiva plays the role of paving the path by removing the dirt and obstacles of the body and mind.
For this reason, Shiva is considered to be the perfection of asceticism, repentance and meditation. In this state of pure consciousness, the student is saturated with the knowledge of knowledge and understands that the matter is not separated from consciousness, but rather it is all.
They say that there is only one truth, but Wise calls it many names. In the case of Shiva Yoga it is a plan of spiritual life. The universe is described as light and everything is divine. Wind and rain, sun and sky, light and darkness, all nature is that one God.
