What is the sho-Saiko-to?

Sho-Saiko-to is a Japanese herb supplement that allegedly improves liver health. It is also known as Xiao Chai Hu Tang and smaller bupleurum decoction. Sho-Saiko-it consists of several ingredients, including the root of Bupleurum, Pinellia tuber, root Scutellaria, ginseng, jujub, liquorice and ginger. In Japan, this supplement is classified as a prescription medicine and is commonly used in KAMPO or in Japanese form of traditional Chinese medicine. Baicalin, Baicelein and Wogonin are types of antioxidants called flavonoids that herbalists claim to reduce inflammation and improve liver function. Ginsenosides are active substances in ginseng, root vegetables to improve the function of the immune system. Although there is little evidence that ginsenosides can improve liver health, it is toklasified as a Yin promoter in Chinese medicine that promotes balance in the body. Studies suggest that it can reduce rheumatoid arthritis, disease disease and pain associated with migraines. Other studies suggest that this can improve immunitySystem and prevent general feelings of the disease.

herbalists made a number of demands on the sho-Saiko-to. In Japan, this herbal supplement is promoted as hepatitis or liver inflammation. Herbalists also claim that it can improve immune function in humans, especially for those who have a bad function due to the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). This can help people undergo chemotherapy to improve their immunity against disease. Animals have been shown to have a sho-Saiko-to restrain the liver regeneration and prevent liver injuries.

It can also be potential treatment of ovarian cancer. Sho-Saiko-this can cause cellular death in active cell cancer cells, which may slow its growth or potentially prevent. Although some herbalists claim to be able to cure ovarian cancer, no studies have shown such an effect.

However, negative side effects have been reported with its use. SomeWaters reported that they suffer from liver damage, leading to hepatitis and slowing the liver function. There were also 74 reports of inflammation of lung tissue or pneumonitis, life -threatening life. This risk increases when used with interferon, a naturally occurring protein of the immune system used to improve the immunity of the disease in humans. Women who are pregnant, or are expected to become pregnant, must also avoid its use, as it can damage the fetus.
