What is Danse Shamabre?

Danse Macabre or Dance of Death is an art theme, especially in medieval art in which personified death collects people from all areas of life. Alternatively, dancing in the formation can be circular and dancers can appear in their live form with skeleton as dance partners. Danse ghostly, persistent, but often dark comics, shows that we are all in the grave. The theme of Danse Ghost has been used since the 15th century in paintings, theater, music, literature and later in the film. Introduce the moral message by reminding the audience on the futility of the earth's wealth, strength and beauty. People who usually appear in Danse Macabre are chosen as representative for such fatal fames: common elements are the king, pope, youth, beautiful girl and often peasant to show that others are no better than the smallest people in death.

Many medieval danse property, especially large frescoes, also includes a text showing a dialogue between death and its victims. Similar dialogues were used as the text of medieval travel games and books with Danish scary drawings and the date of the text since the mid -15th century. Known as Black Death and is commonly assumed that it was caused by bubonic plague, claiming somewhere between 33 and 66 percent of the European population, and the survivors very well realized their mortality. Much of the art and music of this period deals with the topics of death.

The word macabre used to describe any morbid or death related to art or literature is a reference to Dans Macabre. OriginIt is assumed that the French term was based on the Latin chorea Machabæorum or "Dance of Maccabees", allegedly referring to the terrible martyrdom of the family of the eighth described in the biblical text 2 maccabees.
