What Are Epithelial Membranes?

On the basis of the successful development and production of phosphorus-free degreasing agents, and the introduction and introduction of foreign phosphorus-free coating liquid technology, China has produced a phosphorus-free coating agent that replaces phosphating liquid in China, successfully achieving the full line of China's coating pretreatment process. Non-phosphating, fundamentally eliminates the problem of phosphorus pollution in the pretreatment process. The non-phosphorus degreasing agent and non-phosphorus coating film developed and produced by the Surface Technology Research Institute fundamentally eliminate phosphorus pollution and meet the urgent needs of environmental protection. Its treatment effect is also very outstanding. The treatment effect of phosphorus degreasing agents has exceeded that of traditional phosphorus-containing degreasing agents, and has been widely used throughout the country. Phosphate-free film solutions have also begun to be applied in mainland China, showing very good prospects.

Coating agent

Right!
The non-phosphorus degreasing agent and non-phosphorus coating film developed and produced by the Surface Technology Research Institute have been fundamentally eliminated.
With the increasing strengthening of environmental protection work, the problem of phosphorus pollution has been highly valued by relevant departments and enterprises at home and abroad. There are already many regions and cities in China. The use of phosphorus-containing laundry powders and cleaning agents is strictly prohibited. Phosphorus treatment requirements in wastewater before coating treatment are also becoming stricter, resulting in a significant increase in the overall cost of coating treatment.
Facing this grim situation of environmental protection,
2. The role of phosphorus in the treatment agent before painting
2.1 The role of phosphorus in traditional coating treatment agents is very special, and its main effects are shown in the following two aspects:
5.1 Normal (low) temperature non-phosphorus alkaline degreasing king, divided into spray type and immersion type, please specify when purchasing. The technical pointers are as follows:
5.2 How to use
5.2.1 For the first preparation of 1m3 as an example, first add 1/2 water to the tank, then add 50kg of component A and 10kg of component B, stir until completely dissolved, add water to 1m3 and mix well. Sampling test to determine alkalinity.
5.2.2 Adjust 1m3, and gradually decrease the concentration of the continuous working tank fluid; regularly check and replenish the powder. The method is to add 1 kg of component A and 0.2 kg of component B to increase the total alkalinity by about 1.8 points and the free alkalinity by 1.3 points. After several adjustments and use of the working fluid, its degreasing and decontamination ability will decrease. Care should be taken to replace the new fluid
5.2.3 Before the degreased workpiece is transferred to the next process, it should be cleaned with running water.
5.2.4 Pay attention to the oil slick on the liquid surface of the fishing tank to prevent the workpiece from getting oily again.
5.2.5 The relative movement between the oil stained workpiece and the tank fluid is helpful to accelerate the removal of oil stain.
5.2.6 For spraying or rolling degreasing, a small amount of non-foaming surfactant can be added to facilitate defoaming.
6.2 Preparation and maintenance
6.2.1 The method for preparing 1m3 tank liquid is: add 150 250kg of water to the tank, then add XH-68 type phosphorus-free neutral film solution 40 60kg, stir well and make up the water and then stir evenly.
6.2.2 Detection method: In the process of use, generally the total alkalinity can be controlled. The detection method is: use a pipette to take 10ml of the tank solution into a conical flask, add distilled water 80 to 100ml, and drip 3-4 Bromophenol blue (methyl orange) indicator, titrate with 0.05mol / L H2SO4 (or 0.1mol / L HCl) standard solution until the solution changes from blue to yellow, read the milliliter of the consumed acid standard solution This is the number of "points" in the total base.
6.2.3 Tank liquid supplement: When the membrane tank liquid is used to a certain extent, it is necessary to add a concentrated liquid. The method of adding the liquid is to add 12 kg of concentrated liquid to increase the total alkalinity by 1 point.
6.2.4 Workpieces treated with percutaneous membrane fluid should preferably be placed vertically. If they are to be washed with water after film formation, it is best to extend the processing time appropriately.
