What is Primiparous?

Priparous is an adjective describing certain aspects of the female reproductive state. When women are declared Primiparous , she is either pregnant with her first child, or she already had the first child. The term can be changed to the form of nouns and the woman pregnant with her first child or after the birth of this child is primipara . The medical community uses these designations mainly or could symbolically represent Primipar as paragraph 1

There is another term that can use instead of Primiparous: primigravida . The conditions basically replace one after another and can either be used in the medical environment. Both words are understood as the first time pregnant or already first birth.

things change when women were not pregnant or had several births. If a person is not yet a primiparous, it is usually nulliparous or nulligravida . A special enrollment may exist if the fellower had abortions or abortions.

To achieve a state where the medical community counts pregnancy, that it ended in birth very much depends on regional definitions. In some cases, birth occurs at any time after the age of potential viability. In this case, whether abortion, dead jury or abortion, after about 20-25. For weeks, pregnancy would be considered complete and the woman is primiparous. If abortions or abortion occurred earlier, a woman may still be considered a nulliparous, although doctors would clearly notice the existence of previous abortions or pregnancy in other ways.

Other sets of descriptions apply to women who have completed more than one pregnancy. The woman who gave "birth" as defined in the area is twice biparous or multigravida . MultiRarous usually refers to women who have a snake at least three children. Once women gave birth four times or more, they can be described as Grand multiparas .

One difference, which is important to note with terms such as Primigravida and Primiparous, is that it does not even provide the number of children delivered at a single birth. The woman could have sextuys in the first van and she would still be Primiparous until the birth of the second pregnancy. The registration is again useful, but cannot fully responsible for all medical situations that are unique to a particular person. The Primiparous Woman, who had sextuplets, can have a high -risk second birth and need to be carefully monitored.

In principle, the registration is useful and may be a way to discuss specific types of women who are pregnant or working. Such labels do not talk about all medical fears. In general, they give a medical profession a suitable set of conditions to be used in patient discussions separate them according to how many times they gave birth.
