What is a rebuiler?

Chemical plants use distillation towers, vertical columns with trays set to specific distances, to separate useful chemicals or fuels from unprocessed streams. Most distillation systems require heat to create a warm current that enters the tower. Rebarel is a heated reservoir that cooks unprocessed fluids where couples are sent to the tower. Distillation occurs when pairs and liquids flow in the opposite directions in the column and leave the product with a higher concentration of preferred chemicals than unprocessed liquid.

steam is usually a source of heat for chemical distillation. It is non -flammable, easy to produce in large quantities and can be supplied at long distances in insulated pipes. Cooking unprocessed current in restart provides a source of heat that controls the process of distillation that requires the proper functioning of steam and liquid. The steam made of liquid feed is sent to the tower where it mixes with running liquid of the upper part of the tower.

The collection of liquid at the bottom of the tower flows through gravity or is pumped back to the restartor, where it is cooked steam heat. Distillation continues with a new unprocessed liquid, which continuously adds to the restartor and the desired product leaves the upper part of the distillation column. Adding or removal of heat or changing the flow of unprocessed fluid changes the composition of the desired product. When the thermal input and flow of the feed results in the fact that the desired product leaves the tower, the distillation system is balanced and is said to be in a steady state.

Reboles can be made in various designs depending on the operating specifications of the distillation system. The heater can be placed directly in the lower part of the column, called a stabbed heater that cooks any liquid collected in the tower. Although it is simple in design, sting systems can be more difficult to control than other types. In addition, any maintenance of the unit requires thatThe whole distillation column was empty and off.

kettle reboLies are a separate tank that has liquid connection of liquid, steam and tower. The steam passes through the inside of the twisted pipes inside the kettle, with procedural liquid and steam outside the tubes. The liquid controller monitors the liquid level in the tank and prevents low levels to expose tubes, which could cause overheating. Adjust the temperature controls to the steam flow to the coils, resulting in different amounts of entering the steam of the product into the tower.

The

Thermosiphon Reboiler uses a steam heating tank, while the product feed passes through tubes located vertically into the tank. When the product is heated and cooked, the steam pressure forces itself from the top of the tank and pulls out a new liquid at the bottom. The flow of liquid and pairs is created only from the boiling process, and no pumps are used. Thermosipherals require careful control systems to prevent the product from overheating or creating too much steam but can be useful for some distila variety processes.

drawn rebilers use liquid pumps to feed the product and liquid returning from the bottom of the column. The design is often a kettle design, but spatial limits or other reasons may require the kettle to be further from the column or at a level where gravity cannot be used. Controls are needed for both steam flow and liquid flows to the kettle.
